NEW Hill Billy Clutch - RH from Front of Buggy has WHITE Centre
This clutch has superior internal parts, the same as those used in our more expensive PowaKaddy type clutch.
To be fitted to the Right Hand side when standing at the front wheel of the Hill Billy.
Remove the wheel then remove the old Clutch.
Check Old style clutch has a small R inside the clutch housing
Remove the roll pin from the axle using a hammer and nail punch
Fit the new Roll Pin to the axle.
Fit new clutch and then replace wheel.
